Late January SC Snow...and early February Pics

Well, it's amazing what a bit short of two inches of snow can do to South Carolina!  The place was basically closed down for 2-3 days.  Granted, it started with some ice on the roads but after day one...really!?
We got a chance to visit Kendall's preschool classroom on an open house.  Kendall demonstrated one of her mathematics lessons for us.  Avery care continues and she loves playing with the doll house that Grandma Alice had purchased and had at her house for a few years.
Bob attended a job fair at Riverbanks Zoo in hopes of finding a little part time work.  Will see what comes from it.

The backyard is a pretty white.

Chillin' in Myrtle Beach

Chillin' is a good word to describe our week in Myrtle Beach.  It's only the second time we've been there and both times we had the coldest weather of each season.  Oh well, at least the sun was shining and family was together.  We all got to see and hold the newest Denja baby, Paulina Rose.

Christmas Extras

We made it to the Masons on Christmas to see Kendall and Avery open a few presents from family.  We ate our Christmas feast.  We played Risk for the first time in years.  We waddled to the car afterward full of food and drink.  The day after we took a drive with them to see if they could use a free outdoor playscape.  It looked good so we dismantled it, loaded the thing in Aaron's truck and unloaded and reassembled in their backyard.  Looks like the girls will have a good time with the finished product.

Mimosas are ready!
